As based on Academic Year: 2021/22
- This presentation is a compulsory component of your course in Land Law. This means that you will not be eligible to sit for the final examination for this course unless you present yourself for this test and obtain at least the pass mark. i.e., 20 out of 50 marks.
- The Oral Presentation will be conducted as ONSITE test. Therefore, all registered students need to be presented at the COLOMBO Regional Centre on the allocated date and time.
- You are required to prepare a Power Point slides for the presentation and email the same at level5law@ousl.lk email address one day prior to allocated date for the presentation. ↗
- You will be given 10 minutes for your presentations and the examiners in your panel will question you for 5 minutes.
- You will be assessed on both content and presentation. You will not be permitted to read out a previously prepared speech and your presentation must be spontaneous.
- Before beginning the presentation, the panel of examiners will name 2 parties of the given question and you are required to make your claims to support the said parties.
- Please note that, during the question & answer session, the examiners may question you regarding any particular counter points can be brought against the said party and students should be ready to answer. Examiners also have the freedom to ask questions relating to another party. This means that questions are not limited only to the two parties named.

2021/22 ம் கல்வி ஆண்டின் அடிப்படையில்..
- இந்த முன்வைப்பு காணிச் சட்ட பாடத்தின் கட்டாய அங்கமாகும். இப் பரிட்சையில் குறைந்தபட்ச புள்ளிகளைப் பெறத் தவறுவோர், இறுதித் தேர்வில் பங்கேற்கும் தகுதியை இழப்பர். i.e., 20 out of 50 marks.
- இப் பரீட்சை ONSITE தேர்வாக நடத்தப்படும். இதனால், பதிவு செய்த சகல மாணவர்களும் அவர்களுக்கென ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட திகதி மற்றும் நேரத்தில் COLOMBO பிராந்திய நிலையத்திற்கு சமூகமளிக்க வேண்டும்.
- Power Point முன்வைப்பினை தயார் செய்து, ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட திகதிக்கு ஒரு நாள் முன்னதாக level5law@ousl.lk எனும் மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரிக்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும். ↗
- முன்வைப்புக்கு 10 நிமிடங்கள் வழங்கப்படும். மேலதிகமாக தேர்வுக் குழுவினால் 5 நிமிடங்களுக்கு கேள்வி கேட்கப்படும்.
- முன்வைப்பு மற்றும் உள்ளடக்கம் இரண்டும் மதிப்பிடப்படும். முன்பே தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட ஆக்கத்தினை வாசிக்க அனுமதியில்லை. முன்வைப்பு தன்னிச்சையானதாக இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.
- முன்வைப்பினைத் தொடங்கும் முன், தேர்வுக்குழு வழங்கப்பட்ட கேள்வியிலிருந்து 2 திறத்தவரை குறிப்பிடும். நீங்கள் குறிப்பிட்ட திறத்தவருக்கு ஆதரவான உரிமைகோரல்களை முன்வைக்க வேண்டும்.
- கேள்வி பதில் அமர்வின் போது, குறிப்பிட்ட திறத்தவருக்கு எதிராக ஏதேனும் எதிர் வாதங்களை முன்வைக்கலாமா? என்று தேர்வுக்குழு கேள்வி எழுப்பலாம். அதற்கு பதிலளிக்க தயாராக நீங்கள் இருக்க வேண்டும். குழுவுக்கு வேறொரு திறத்தவர் தொடர்பான கேள்விகளைக் கேட்கும் சுதந்திரமும் உண்டு. அதாவது, குறிப்பிட்ட இரண்டு திறத்தவர்களுக்கு. மட்டும் கேள்விகள் மட்டுப்படுத்தப்பட்டிருக்காது.
